PDF document metadata resides in the trailer dictionary referenced by the /Info key. Standard metadata entries include Title (/Title), Author (/Author), Subject (/Subject), Keywords (/Keywords), Creator (/Creator), and Producer (/Producer).
PDF timestamps follow the PostScript format D:YYYYMMDDHHmmSSOHH'mm' (e.g. D:20260723195000+05'30'). PDF.js decodes these strings into standard ISO date-time objects.
