📌 1. Overview

BunchTool.com ("BunchTool", "we", "us" or "our") operates the website located at https://bunchtool.com and all its sub-pages (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have regarding that information.

BunchTool provides 247 free browser-based tools — including PDF utilities, text converters, calculators, design tools and developer utilities. The core architecture of BunchTool is privacy-first: the vast majority of our tools perform all computation locally inside your web browser. Files and data you feed into these tools are never transmitted to our servers.

By using BunchTool, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

📢 4. Advertising & Google AdSense

Important: BunchTool.com uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Your use of BunchTool constitutes consent to the placement of these advertising cookies unless you opt out using the mechanisms described below.

4.1 How Google AdSense Works

We display advertisements served by Google AdSense (operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google uses cookies — including the DoubleClick DART cookie — to serve ads to users based on their prior visits to BunchTool and other websites on the Internet.

These advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to:

  • Serve ads based on your browsing history and inferred interests (interest-based advertising).
  • Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
  • Limit the number of times you see the same advertisement.
  • Understand which ads lead to purchases or other conversions.

4.2 DART Cookie

Google's use of the DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to users of BunchTool based on their visit to this site and other sites on the Internet. The DART cookie is set by Google under the domain doubleclick.net.

4.3 Opting Out of Personalised Advertising

You may opt out of Google's use of the DART cookie and personalised advertising by visiting:

Opting out of personalised ads does not remove advertising from BunchTool. You will continue to see ads, but they will not be based on your browsing history or interests.

4.4 Google's Privacy Policy

Google's collection and use of information from sites that use its advertising services is governed by Google's own privacy policy, available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4.5 Advertising Standards

BunchTool complies with all applicable advertising standards. We do not display advertisements:

  • On pages directed at children under 13.
  • Adjacent to content that violates Google's AdSense programme policies.
  • In a manner designed to deceive users into clicking on ads.

🍪 5. Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. BunchTool uses the following categories of cookies:

5.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the site to function. They include your preference for light or dark theme, stored in your browser's localStorage. These do not contain personal data and are not transmitted to any server.

5.2 Analytics Cookies

We may use analytics services to collect aggregated, anonymised information about how visitors use BunchTool. This helps us improve the Service. Analytics data is processed in a form that does not identify individuals. You can opt out of analytics tracking using browser extensions such as uBlock Origin or the opt-out mechanism provided by our analytics provider.

5.3 Advertising Cookies (Third-Party)

Google AdSense sets cookies for the purposes described in Section 4. These cookies are third-party cookies controlled by Google, not by BunchTool. Their lifespan and detailed descriptions are available in Google's cookie policy.

5.4 Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using any BunchTool tool, but may affect the display of advertisements and analytics functionality. Browser-specific instructions:

🔒 7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the limited personal information we do hold. These include:

  • HTTPS encryption for all communications between your browser and our servers.

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting personal data, we will notify affected users and relevant supervisory authorities as required by applicable law.

The most effective protection for your data when using BunchTool is the tool architecture itself: because files and text you process never leave your browser, they cannot be intercepted, accessed or breached on our side.
